Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We are extremely happy with the Midwest Waterproofing Crew from start to finish. From the start they were much more attentive to the problem and designed a solution that we were confident would meet our needs. (other companies fell far short) The work began on what had to be the worst week of the year, with lots of snow and below 0 temperatures. This not only did not deter the project but the crew worked extra hard to maintain a clean and safe environment. During construction the guys were very clean and attentive to our concerns, immediately addressing a couple of issues and giving us confidence in their efforts. Every day, during the 4 day project, they did a great job cleaning up and left the basement even cleaner than they found it when they were done. Overall, very satisfied with Midwest and would highly recommend them over the other companies. Thank you Chris and company!
