We have had a wonderful experience with Value Dry Waterproofing. They are punctual, honest, and transparent. They responded quickly to our calls and have been very responsive to our needs. We even called the estimator on a Sunday morning and he showed up at our house Sunday afternoon to help us diagnose our problem. This speaks to the integrity of those in the company. They truly care about helping out their customers. We are confident in our waterproofing job and highly recommend Jim and the whole Value Dry team to anyone looking to get any sort of home waterproofing done. Don't be fooled by other pop-up companies who will likely not be in existence in a few years. These guys are the real deal and offer warranties unlike any other company. We interviewed numerous companies and settled on Value Dry based on their reviews and high ratings and we are thoroughly impressed. Highly recommend!
