Our business is truly a family operation. Terry Stumpf and his father, Bob Stumpf established Stumpf Construction Ltd. in Riverside, Iowa in 1976 as a partnership in remodeling and building new homes.

Both Terry and Bob had years of experience working in the construction industry. Terry started the business operation from an office in his home and a small shop for equipment and material. As the business grew he purchased and moved to the present location on Highway 22, east of Riverside.  

Stumpf Construction Services Inc is a general contracting business that has expanded and diversified the business even more with basement waterproofing, foundation wall repairs and replacement, and foundation underpinning and stabilization. In early 2000 we began a new division called “Basement MD” moisture damage specialists to focus more on the demand for this area of our business.
