Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness The crawlspace encapsulation that the stay dry team completed looks good. The amount of cleaning I had to do after they left was ridiculous. Rocks and mud everywhere in the house! My steps are decolored, so I have to get a carpet cleaner for my steps. If I didn't clean then my young son, with his barefoot, might have stepped on a rock. This is not something I wanted to do when I got home from working all day. They did call a week after and offered professional cleaning, but no worries all is well. I'm just glad we won't get mold in our crawlspace and our home is safer now, especially with having a five year old.
