Wilmington homeowners, look no further than Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair for all your crawlspace and foundation repair needs. Chris and Jeremie are highly knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with. From inspection, quoting and scheduling, to the production crew, and post installation, they are professional, courteous, and highly responsive. They show up on time with an abundance of expertise and state of the art tools to get the job done right! Don't waste your time or hard earned money messing with other folks who claim to understand the "concept" of crawlspace repair. Sure wish we had started with Southeast from the get go! They cleaned-up a totally botched job from the other guys. Before Southeast came to the rescue, every rain storm and hurricane would worry us. Not anymore!! They waterproofed our below grade crawlspace, installed a sump pump, and also now service our dehumidifier. Thank you guys so much! Our new solution works like a dream and we can finally sleep at night. Let it rain!!
