Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Jess Smouse installed a sump pump in my son’s crawl space and in my friend’s basement both with remarkable results. I have been having water problems in the crawl space of our new house despite re-directing downspouts. When Jess looked into the crawl space, I was expecting a recommendation to install a sump pump, but he discovered that the main drain trunk was unsealed as it exited the foundation wall, and said that was the likely source of moisture. He recommended that I seal it with a ten-dollar bucket of hydraulic cement. Jess Smouse is a straight shooter, and I highly recommend him.
