Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness David came out to my house to look at my foundation. After analysis he stated we weren't a good candidate for his companies methods but he proceeded to give me a detailed analysis and evaluation (verbally) of what he saw and how he would proceed (based on the structural engineer's letter). I was impressed at this professional and open way of providing an opinion and view on things. I wish i could have used these guys - super impressed with their truthfulness and knowledge. Highly recommend.
