Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I cannot say enough good things about Matt Duncan, his crew and PermaJack! Initially, I called Matt and four other companies for possible foundation issues. Each company had a different opinion.The first company told me I needed 28 piers, costing nearly $30,000. Matt informed me that he did not see any foundation issues. I hired a structural engineer to determine what was going on, and he confirmed no foundation issues. Matt was honest, and did not try to sell me something I didn't even need! I hired PermaJack to install a french drain and to redo some gutter downspouts to keep water away from the house. His crew was punctual, polite, and professional. They did an excellent job, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and in a timely manner. The crew was efficient, and worked hard to insure I was happy with the final result. If you have any waterproofing, foundation, or drainage issues, I highly recommend PermaJack. Matt will give you an honest, fair estimate, and strives to make his customers happy!
