Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Josh R. was my technician. Josh was friendly, professional and educated me on the situation in my crawl space. He is knowledgeable correcting one problem quickly. He took before and after photos using his phone allowing me to see what was occurring in this crawl space. Josh spoke with his manager and then explained what the next steps would be. He really gave me peace of mind. I appreciate Josh and look forward to him completing the project.
