Absolute Waterproofing did not give up on my project until I was totally satisfied with every aspect of the work - nor did they charge me any additional money to come back a couple of times to tweak things until they were perfect. I feel very confident that in the unlikely event I have any future issues they will be very responsive to my needs. It's so wonderful to have a dry basement and not worry whenever it rains!
