My husband and I contacted Keystone to get a quote for water concerns in the basement of a home that we were attempting to purchase. Not only did they meet us at the home twice in one week to do a full inspection and test the existing sump pumps, but they called the manufacturer of the existing pumps to get more info on them, gave us several options to address the problem, sent us detailed quotes, and had great communication throughout the process. Though the deal on this home did not go through, we would definitely use Keystone for our future waterproofing needs!
