We had a catastrophic pipe leak on new years day. I called around for an hour trying to find a contractor who could make it up to our large boarding home facility and couldn't find anyone -- until I called Hometec! Kyle was super responsive and came in, on a holiday, in terrible snowy/icy conditions. He made herculean efforts to get up to our facility (he even got his van towed by search & rescue because the hill was too steep and snowy!). Our facility had no power so he brought a generator. He also brought a heater to prevent our pipes from freezing again that night. I don't even know what we would've done without hometec. Honestly Kyle and his work partner were amazing, and made it possible to get our power turned back on within 48 hours by drying out our boiler room. Hometec is now our go-to for all things water damage and/or mold!
