Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I can’t say enough about Highland’s work. They did a tremendous job. We had had a problem for years with water in the basement and the resultant mold. Finally, we felt enough was enough and decided to look for a waterproofing company. We were impressed by the reviews for Highland and decided to go with them. The 2-day job and result were exactly as they said it would be. The men were incredibly efficient and the finished product was, really, a thing of beauty. Also, the final price was just as quoted. We’ve had plenty of rain in the month since the work was done and not a drop in the basement. We’re immensely satisfied.
