Dan came to the rescue. He fixed the door so now I don't have to put anything against it to keep the door closed. I would post new pictures but it wont let me while I edit this post. All the other things I had issues with, i fixed them myself because i didn't want water in my crawl space. The only good outcome about this job were the employees. They were considerate, polite, and enjoyable to talk to. Now to start the negative experience. The Moisture Loc was leaking. The Moisture Loc was not level. I added boards to the bottom to make it more level and higher than the drainage. There is dirt on the machine. Some of the back grates are bent. They left the tie straps and shipping things still attached. The crawl space entrance is supposed to have a sealed door but the screw studs came out of the wall. I use an empty propane grill, a red brick and a piece of wood to keep the door from opening. For the price we paid, this project should have been absolutely perfect with no issues!
