Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness Chad did an amazing job of stabilizing our concrete patio after years of erosion. What impressed me the most was his quick response in providing an estimate, and getting the job done. Even better, he maintained ongoing communication with me throughout the process...even when there was a problem with the machine that delayed his work. In response, he and his men worked until late Saturday evening to make sure the job got done. This level of customer service is extremely rare these days...and that is why I just had to write this review.
