Todd and crew did a great job repairing and updating some long-standing issues and somewhat poorly implemented repairs done by previous owners. From the initial calls to sales, to an in-house assessment by Todd, the owner, to the repair and installation work from Ricky and his crew, I was never in the dark about what was happening, what it was going to cost, or what to expect. To date the work has been solid, and a big improvement. The entire team was transparent and helpful and very quick to respond to questions or to itemize and explain changes to the quote/statement of work. Good crew, very happy with their work.
