Called and let them know I had a clog in the line outside and also a leak from the sewage pipe just outside house that needed to be repaired. A nice young man was sent out and he tried to unclog but couldn't and he said owner would have to give estimate and repair line. Had this been my only septic tank and bathroom in house, I'd be screwed because young man said if owner doesn't call me within a week, to call them. So I spent $200 for the young man to pull my toilet up and try to unclog a drain and I was still left with nothing fixed and no call from anyone else for an estimate to repair. The only reason I'm giving three stars instead of one is that the young man was on time and he was very friendly.
