We were very impressed with their service from initial contact through completion. We contacted them & explained our problem. She listened to my issue & was extremely helpful. She arranged for a person to come out to inspect & repair the crack in my basement wall. Lonnie showed up as scheduled & determined what needed to be done. Since the crack extended behind part of my stairs, he recommended that I tear the part of the stairs where it covered the crack. Otherwise, he said it may not seal everything needed. Since he had another job in the area, he said to call him when I got done removing the stair & he would come back at no extra charge. He returned and did an excellent job, explaining every step in a very friendly, reassuring manner. My wife & I were very happy with their service & strongly recommend them. We found their price to be very reasonable, with a good warranty.
