Dear Bill: I just wanted to send you a brief note of thanks to let you know how happy I am with the recent job your company did at my house. Once again you guys did a great job taking care of the waterproofing job in the other section of our basement. I'm glad we did the battery back-up too. You and your office staff have always been prompt and professional and it's nice when someone actually answers the telephone when calling your office. Bill, Thank you also for giving me flexible payment terms when I really needed it most. The installers were prompt, professional, and courteous to me and my family. They did a great job installing the new system and they were very helpful with moving some stuff around in the basement. One of the guys even shoveled a path in the snow so the rain water would drain into the yard instead of puddling up near the basement entry door. They cleaned up after they were done and everything looks great! We hope it doesn't have to work too often, but we now have peace-of-mind knowing that we did all that we could to protect our basement from the outside elements. Again, I'm glad I chose Basement Solutions to do our work. I would highly recommend you to others and please do not hesitate to use me as a referral. I wish you and yours much success in the future.
