Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Basement Remodeling is a very professional group. We were impressed with the company from the initial consultation to the finished job. Each contracting team that entered our home was respectful and they always left the work area clean. Weekly communication with the Senior Project Manager was excellent and I am sure help to make the project run smoothly and completion on time. When we had questions they were address immediately. My husband and I were extremely please with the company and how they handled the project especially with the Covid-19 protocols they had in place. We did not have a walk-out basement, so they entered through the living quarters. We seldom saw the workers, we just heard them working. It was a comforting and enlightening experience and we are very pleased with our finished basement and the team that put it all together for us. They are the best and I highly recommend them.
