Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness In a bid to proactively arrest some cracks on our exterior concrete walls, I called Basement Masters Waterproofing after finding them on Google. From start to finish, the experience was professional, put me at ease and educational. I was assisted by both Emily and Leah. Emily made sure I was promptly attended to and Leah was kind enough to explain issues to me and after reviewing the photos I sent, confirmed that they were just wear and tear. She also directed me on how to address the more serious of the cracks. Do not hesitate to reach out to this company if you indeed have or suspect that you have structural foundation issues.
