Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness I found all the workers to be pleasant and professional. However, due to negligence on my part of not reading the entire contract thoroughly , there were two incidents that came into play; 1. If a worker damages your plumbing while using the jackhammer, it is the responsibility of the owner to pay the billing charge. 2. The drain line from the system was located a short distance resulting in the water being pumped into the back yard. An additional $900 was necessary to relocate this to a reasonable distance.
