We called for a consultation and before I could finish leaving a voicemail Bill was calling me back. From the very first meeting with my husband and I Bill was the vision of professionalism. He explained thoroughly what needed to be done and why, and how these updates would benefit and protect our home. The first day his crew began work they arrived early and were professional and respectful to our property and myself. They kept me in the loop with where they were in the process of the repairs, which as a homeowner, I greatly appreciated. The work that was done and for the price it was done at was more than I expected and is why if there is work to be done in the future, or a person I know is having a similar issue I will recommend Bill Long and his amazing team for the job.
