PROFESSIONAL FROM BEGINNING TO COMPLETION. I needed a large sidewalk section lifted and was recommended to another company in Crystal Lake. I had called in early summer and was told due to Corona they were not coming to Sprig Grove yet but would be in about 2 weeks so I should call back then. I actually waited 6 weeks and called again only to be told they still were not coming to my area. I started looking for another company and chose A-Proseal based on the good reviews. I couldn't be happier. The owner came out the next morning and gave me an estimate followed up by an email with the proposal that I could approve and sign online within the hour. That was followed by an appointment email. He had someone available to come the next day but I had a conflict so made the appointment for 2 days later. The man who came to do the work was very professional and did an excellent job. Everyone I dealt with including the woman who manages the office were very friendly and pleasant to deal with The whole experience was handled in speedy and professional manner so I would highly recommend this company.
